Dr. David Lurduy began his medical career at the University of Caldas (Colombia, 2011), where he earned his medical degree. His interest in surgery led him to continue his training at the General Hospital of Mexico, affiliated with the UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico), where he completed a two-year residency in general surgery. He has subsequently specialized in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery at the ISSEMyM Medical Center, sponsored by the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, one of the most demanding in the country. His drive for continuous improvement led him to Barcelona, Spain, to complete a fellowship in plastic and aesthetic surgery at the renowned Clínica Planas, thus expanding his vision and technique with a European focus.
Dr. Lurduy has participated in more than 20 national and international conferences, workshops, and training sessions. This commitment to continuous development has allowed him to master modern surgical techniques with a focus on safety, precision, and naturalness. His participation includes AMCPER conferences, Total Definer, and scientific meetings in Colombia, Mexico, and Spain. He has also been a speaker and author of research papers presented to medical societies.
For over a decade, Dr. Lurduy has combined surgical experience with a multicultural perspective on medicine. His experience at medical institutions in three countries has allowed him to integrate the best of each system: Colombian academic rigor, Mexican surgical training, and a European aesthetic approach.
